The Crown is citing a conflict of curiosity and built an application to have Mohamad Lilo’s lawyer, Philippe Grenier, disqualified from the circumstance.

Lilo, 35, was arrested in a Montreal suburb in July and faces attempted murder and kidnapping rates.
