Elon Musk suggests he cannot get honest demo in California, wishes Texas

Elon Musk has urged a federal judge to shift a demo in a shareholder lawsuit out of San Francisco mainly because he states destructive regional media protection has biased potential jurors versus him.

“A significant portion of the jury pool … is likely to keep a personalized and product bias from Mr. Musk as a result of recent layoffs at one of his businesses as person prospective jurors – or their buddies and relatives – may have been personally impacted,” the filing claimed.

Musk has also been criticized by San Francisco’s mayor and other local officials for the job cuts, the submitting explained.
